Omg what is this camera?

Totally unplayable, I don't even know what the problem is but this is not standard, I think things might be backwards but inverting the controls in the options doesn't help.

Sensitivity can't be tamed but that is at least partly due to me having bought an absurd mouse with 25k dpi, in case anyone was wondering, that is far more than anyone can use.
