Twisted Renown
Notice has been sent to Steam. Filings are getting filed once we decide whether to do it in the US or another jurisdiction. We have articulated damages, fraud and misrepresentation so far from the evidence gathered and communications made by the devs to multiple threads on this discussion. My lawyers believe there are other money related rocks to turn over but to mention anything without it being on court record would be unethical.
Should you not direct your efforts at Stillfront?
I believe we should focus on the DLC situation since the base game is still playable and only has the social aspects missing. On the other hand, DLC are entirely gone so that might well be considered as fraud. We should also probably focus on the Stillfront Studio since they are the current owners of the IP.
