Improving the translations support
Greetings Devs!

Im working on the Spanish -unofficial- version of the game, and I realized some strings that are not coded to be translated.

*The "Click to rename" option to rename a camp.

*The "Apply" button to rename the camp:

*The "Confirm" button when you are spliting stacks.

*The messages from the social chat windows like "xXx has been recently knocked down by xXx (xXx recevied xXx sp)".

And there are others things that I suppose that are intended, but that it could be nice to translated too:
*The names of the items.
*The names of the places.
*The names of the NPCs.

Sometimes the letters show the correct foreign characters...
