Tech Support - How to report issues
Hi,

If you've found a bug, or want to report an issue with the game, we'd love to have these items to help us understand and fix things:

- A clear description of the issue. What were you doing, what happened when the issue occurred. Did the Unreal crash reporter appear and did you send it?

- A Save File from when the issue occurs. These can be found either from inside the Cog menu in the game launcher or typically inside Documents\My Games\Panzer Corps 2\Saves.

- Any log files that the game has created. These can be found either from the Cog menu in the game launcher or typically inside Documents\My Games\Panzer Corps 2\Logs

- A screenshot or video of the issue would be even better!

Please post as much data as you can in your post in here or get in touch with us via

support@slitherine.co.uk

does not work. The game won't start. application load error 3:0000065432

Game crashes everytime I try to load or save (reinstalled the full game again)

It was the same when I played the 48h preorder Patch.

Sent the Unreal 4 crash report a few times, contact me if you need more details.

Hi, is that with an Unreal error or a Windows error?

Do you get the Launcher first?

sent. the strange thing is, the first few times when I played the 48h event, I was able to save and reload.

yes I do. After clicking the play -button the error occurs

We had this problem during the open beta, and it was traced down to f secure software. Here is one of reports we had back then:

"Found a solution for the 0000065432... it was f secure. Disable deepguard and the game starts. "

Could it be a similar problem on your end?

I have exactly the same error, applications load error 3:00000065432.
Deepguard is switched off and no other games, such as FM2020, Rome TW2, XCOM etc.

Can press "B" to open the 'Buy' menu but won't work to close it, neither does hitting escape, **you have to click the icon or hit another hotkey** <-----wrong.

Edit: pressing another hotkey does not work either, must manually click out of the buy menu

I just bought this yesterday. When I try to run it, I get an error: "DX11 feature level10.0 is required to run the engine" How do I fix this?

Playing the Tobruk scenario against a friend in multiplayer ‘PBEM ++ / Online’ I found a serious error at the end of the game. Playing with the allies, I fulfilled the objectives set for victory: control at the end of the game 3 victory hexes; however at the end of it I got a message of defeat and my friend one of victory, even though I did not meet the objectives (control 5 hexes of victory). I hope you fix it, a greeting and despite what was said congratulations on the game.

CAMMO BUG for infantry in transport. After assigning a camoflage pattern to wher infantry and grenadiers when you move the troops a long distance requiring to switch to trucks the camo disappears from the trucks and a greyed out base model is all you can see. Again its only when those inf units are in transport mode.

Game does not allow planes to switch to new airport (Poland scenerio), also does not allow units to move into boats from the designated harbour in Norway south scenerio. Nor is it possible for the second para unit to mount the plane. Seems to be an issue with the mount feature.
