Does nobody play the multiplayer DLCs anymore?
Spearhead, Apex etc seem to be dead. Was buying these a waste of money?

You'll find that they are very much alive and populated, but less so in public, and more so in private communities that make their own scenarios.

If you want to play with some of the DLCs I would recommend joining a unit/community. You will have a much better time.

In my experience, SOGPF is the only cDLC that has a dedicated public multiplayer experience that is still thriving - specifically the Mike Force mode.
