Cant get Spearhad with Anti Stasi Ultimate to work.
Title says everything, does it even work? I haven't been playing Arma 3 in a long time, so all the setup and stuff is kinda hard for me. Normal Anti Stasi works just fine, but if I enable the dlc in the Anti Stasi Menü nothing changes, I still can only use the same factions.

Do you have the additional mods that are required? IFA3, SPEX, and the C-47 Skytrain Mega pak are all required and available within the Workshop. And of course the Spearhead 1944 DLC is required as well.

Download them right now, thank you. The IFA3 mod is the IFA3 Official? And the right Anti Stasi ist Anti Stasi ultimate?

Look up in the Antistasi Ultimate website or discord which particular mods you need for it.

Antistasi Official Community The Mod also has Spearhead compatibility. But you do need some other mods for it to make it work. (Consult the Antistasi.de website guide for that one) Not neccesarily the same mods as Ultimate uses/needs.
