It’s zero dark thirty and our team is inbound by helicopter to a secret landing point deep in the Libyan desert. Our mission is to raid an enemy compound and capture or kill a High-Value Target. Sounds like a typical ARMA 3 mission but this is SEAL Team 3 and nothing is “typical”. If you are looking to up your gaming experience then we might be the milsim unit for you. You are the team's corpsman. Normally this is a pretty simple job. Just apply a med kit and your wounded team mate is suddenly revived. But this is SEAL Team 3 where corpsmen are an integral part of any mission. You'll need to know how to revive wounded individuals using ACE3's expanded medical system. It's not easy but very rewarding. Think you have what it takes to be part of our team, then send in an application but only the best need apply.

You wake up in a cell, bloody and bandaged with rags, with a massive headache. It's you and your buddies who, for the last thing you remember, were severely wounded in combat with the enemy and have since been captured. You don't think you're going to make it home until a rocket rings out and destroys a nearby enemy helicopter. All hell breaks loose, and when you think that your time is up, a familiar voice calls out to you. Your buddies have come and rescued you. It's a family here in Seal Team 3, and we select our brothers in arms who demonstrate maturity and a team player mentality.

You are the team's radioman. It's a simple job if you have a full platoon of infantry to cover you while you talk. It's more challenging when you're one member of an eight man SEAL patrol and you can barely hear the handset over the sound of your own gunfire. Your teammates are counting on you to pass all the information the FAC needs to roll in an orbiting aircraft, mark a T-72 with 40mm smoke, fight off approaching infantry, and listen to the patrol leader giving out a break contact plan all at the same time. You are the team's automatic weapons man. With an M60 and hundreds of rounds of ammunition, you've got the firepower in the patrol. In the position you're defending, you're not only responsible for finding a good position for yourself and your machine gun, but also for creating a concept of fires and helping the patrol leader deploy swim teams to cover avenues of approach, account for dead space, and canalize the enemy into your fire. You are the team's rifleman. It's a simple job if all you need to do is shoot. But without any specifically assigned special equipment, you carry the mission critical gear. Tonight you've got 40 pounds of C-4 and you have to figure out how to place it under a bridge, swimming out into the river in the pitch black, climbing up into the pilings, and nestling a couple M183s into key locations while the other riflemen cover your swim with suppressed MP5s trained on the sentries. If you make a mistake the mission will be blown, but this type of no-fail mission is why you put your application in with SEAL Team 3 in the first place.
