WHAT WE ARE

"I've always wanted to be part of a gaming group that works together while fielding proper tactics. But every group I tried was too shallow, whether in their social relations or ingame behaviour, or both."

TTC is an EU based, 18+, hardcore, PvP-focused, light infantry centric unit, built on the idea of intelligent gameplay.
We do this through military simulation, without the cosplay; We use practical tactics, not just "copying a military handbook".
Our aim is for a long-term community; Not a rotating door of randoms. The vision is to build a tight-knit unit of select individuals, that grow together across *any game*.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

“Everyone says they are all about teamwork. We don't. Teamwork in TTC is not the goal, it is the BARE MINIMUM. The goal is an actual UNIT that can survive in any environment - in any game - against any challenge.”

- We play like lives matter — Intelligently, methodically.
Imagine a session where you go through hell and come back alive. That's our standard.
- Every action supports the team: if you move, we know; if you push, it's deliberate.
We play games as a unit, with actions done in conjunction with one another. No solo ego fights.
- We train, debrief, and improve — this isn’t “just play and hope for the best.”
We strive to eliminate bad habits, and replace them with good ones.
- We don’t rely on luck, gimmicks, or meta cheese — we win through deliberate, clean and practiced tactics.
What game we play, doesn’t matter. We use a universal mindset that stays the same across all games.
- We are a group of friends with a common goal — We take care of our own.
The mindset binds us together ingame, and brings us closer socially.

Our main games are Arma 3, Squad, and Escape from Tarkov, with more to come.
Bonus points? Everything we learn is real life applicable; Good, simple habits borne from common sense.

WHAT WE ARE NOT

-❌ A pvp comp clan abusing exploits or chasing leaderboards, relying on raw skill "good players" filled with ego.
You check your ego at the door, and work towards becoming a member of a team.
-❌ A LARPing milsim group playing pretend with concepts that have no practical use in gaming.
We do not care about rank cosplay. We have a *milsim mindset*, but ***practical.*** Clean coordinated gameplay.
-❌ A drop in/drop out casual gaming community for your weekend gaming fix.
We all have lives, and we can schedule them. If you can't, this is not for you.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO:

- Show up consistently, not once every few weeks — Good teamwork takes time and effort.
- Invest in our style of gameplay — If you don't, you are not playing with us, so why bother joining?
- Accountability is our standard — Take feedback, give feedback, and improve. Otherwise, what's the point?
- Know when to have fun, and when to get serious — We aren't strict, but we don't want a clownhouse either.
- Subscribe to the mindset, not the game — We maintain the same standard across any game.

We will give you the best experience, but only if you invest — No dead weight...
