I have been trying to start a new unit which has had some success in that we have had continuous Ops every week for at least 4 weeks, but our numbers have been dwindling on the recruiting front. I'm looking for someone who can recruit members that fit within our timezone, similar playstyle (casual/semi-casual), and most importantly will retain membership and attend at least one operation before your are compensated. Anyone can accept this offer, you will be given a recruiter role and will basically only be in the discord to see who joins or not unless you actually want to help out with our small unit (16 players). I can payout through paypal, venmo. Rate per member is negotiable, but Im thinking something like $0.50-0.90 per member that attends at least one Op.
