when trying to go to spain location the load screen gets to 100 per cent but then remains a black screen - the game is the best on steam by the way so no negativity from me!

Have you checked the integrity of the game files?

yes it ran through all files and said they were fine

Write the game ID

Solution:
Close the Steam-client, start it again, start the game. This happens when the Steam updates.

Hi I am not able to locate the file path - probably my lack of knowledge. If I uninstall and reinstall the game might that fix the issue? will I loose all my progress if I do so?

Try reinstalling, your progress won't be lost

Hi, I have tried reinstalling the game but no joy. Is it possible to resend the update to my account maybe that will fix the issue?

I have the same problem. All files good, I check.
