If you can get a stable FPS of around 30 you can potential use LosslessScaling to run the game at 90fps (x3 LS). The downside is that there will be some minor input delay and some artifacts especially on menus and UI but the actual gameplay is smooth.
Look into it, I was very impressed with how it can perform. The slight input delay is not really a problem for a fishing game and the artifacts can be tweaked with different settings. If you look into it and decide to try it let me know and I'll post my settings I use.
(It's algorithm based frame generation, as long as you can get a stable 30fps and ideally a tiny bit of breathing room to work with it should work well)
I'm not sure that it will work, the problem is that the game doesn't start on the computer I need it on is that it doesn't have enough RAM and SSD (only a simple HDD). The video card copes well and doesn't even go into full load. And it turns out that when moving between locations, the hard drive loads 100%, as well as the RAM, and the game simply crashes. And then you need to pull the character out of the location by entering through another computer... But I'll keep your option in mind, maybe it will help somehow.
Not all games can be added to the service either.
In the end it would be a better idea to upgrade that weak computer
I had the classic package at the time, and then I upgraded because I play fps, and it's really very functional.
I don't use it anymore (my pc is more powerful than before)
