Well yes, they need money, they are a small company, not to say indie... That's how it is.
What does that have to do with Cheaters? lol
Need help? TIps? One I can give you is do all the Time Attacks and try your best to win the cars. If you win them and you don't need them, you can sell them and use the funds to buy whatever. You do need to grind, but it's also considerably equally practice, which allows you to try/test your vehicles and fine-tune them.
If you need help for tuning you can ask here, ask me or look at Step's guides, he's often in the top 10 of everything.
Edit: I just want to add to this that I barely scratched the surface of his stuff, but I respect it all, because he is more than just good. I do however have a personal code of honour, I don't rely on others, I grew up depending on only one person, myself. Nothing against learning from others, but nothing equals experience, personal experience, specially when it comes to games because every one has a different setup/system and each one reacts differently, performs differently. Hence, even though his stuff is pristine, it doesn't always fit others' needs. Globally though, his stuff it great.
If you haven't played the old NFS, or at least NFS World, Midnight Club, etc., this game isn't for you. Go for it so they'll give you cars for even blinking. When you upgrade a car to the max, the difference in handling is almost nonexistent, and speed is even worse... In short, you need a more linear and easier game. This one is too complicated for you.
You can't really give him much advice if he complains about racing even if it's just to grind. If you want to race, you shouldn't have any problems with CarxStreet. It's simple... CarxStreet isn't far from the classic feel, which it lacks a lot, yes, but it's the same essence, changed and evolved a little.
I agree with your previous post, it resembles a lot NFS World. As I commented, every player, even seasoned ones like myself, needs to grind/practice/test/tune in every different game. I also can't disagree, he/she has to do the do, like everyone else. I guess that would be where cheating enters the scenario lolll That would be pathetic af.
I think you're joking, I have a friend with a Ryzen 5 3500U laptop with 8GB of RAM and the game runs at over 60 on low, so I don't know what you're referring to.
In regards to those saying it's too easy, they are either lying or using cheats lol I'm seasoned/old fart racing game gamer, veteran NFS and others and seriously, some of the Clubs are tough on Hard. You really have to find the right vehicle(s), the right set up(s), to really enjoy wins. Otherwise, you're gonna sweat!
Yes, today's game players want to win the whole game when they haven't even finished downloading it! Come on people...just play the friggin game the way it's supposed to be played and don't expect to be a pro-chess-player in a week. I'm no beginner! It took me at least 3 months before I got a hang of half of what needed to be understood...because, yeah, either there are not enough/no game guides or I just didn't bother to look...but yeah, it's the former, for real, the game needs a good set of instructions. Unfortunately, most racing games are created with in mind that most players will already have a basic knowledge of driving skills and basic racing rules. This game is a tad freestyle, in fact it skims the underground outlaw racing community, which is why I feel the outlaw(s) Clubs are a tad tougher than the others.
Take a look at my non-extensive suggestions for the game in the 'Your Suggestions' thread. At least you'll have some sense of warning...don't expect to be a born winner, even those who are will struggle with some aspects of this game and others.

What's your hardware configuration?
I'm asking because I've never had the slightest stability issue or even a crash since I started playing this game, and since 1.6 there have been improvements (optimizations) that have even given me a slight frame rate gain (but it's mainly 1.7 that drastically improves performance).
So, of course, I don't play at anything like 140fps (not useful for a racing game where the driving pleasure is so much greater).
But I play at 1080p / 60fps and I can easily record at 30fps in 1080p (Nvidia App) with a machine I built and installed myself since 2016 (a machine that's getting old but still does the job).
And I often have Google Chrome open in the background, as well as the media player to listen to my favorite playlists, sometimes I even do some elite club races while following my series on either Disney+ (app) or PrimeVideo (Google Chrome), without it changing anything to my in-game framerate.
I'll give you the details of my configuration (note that if you have a more recent or powerful machine than mine, that means your problem is with your machine and not the game):
- Intel i7-4790K + Arctic Freezer 33 Plus + 2x Arctic BioniX P120 PWM PST Grey.
- MSI Z97M Gaming.
- 32Gb DDR3-1600 (helped by 64Gb of virtual ram, useful when doing 8K photorealistic rendering).
- MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X 8Gb.
- Kingston KC400 512Gb SSD (WIN10 Pro / Pro Softwares).
- Kingston KC600 1Tb SSD (Steam Games / User Folders).
- SSD PNY CS900 1Tb [Partitioned: 1) Record NvidiaApp / Working space (853Gb size) / 2) VirtualRAM “Virtual Memory” (100Gb size)].
- Win 10 Pro.
- Corsair HX1000 PSU.
- Bitfenix Neos White/White.
- Thrustmaster Eswap S Pro Controller.
EDIT : Dual Screen
PS: A few months ago, I was still self-employed in 3D modeling, and I was doing 8K photorealistic rendering with this same machine under Indigo Renderer (Cuda)... But my machine works like the first day it was put into operation (2016), I've never needed to do a fresh install in almost 10 years of use. I simply maintain my equipment at the hardware level (dusting every 2 or 3 months, thermal paste once a year because I live on the French Riviera, and usual system maintenance).
Of course, my machine is free of "bloatware", but that's my user preference (self-taught HelpDesk since 1999).
That's a nice system for that age! I'll post mine shortly if I haven't already, but I'm using a gamer laptop and same as you, only had one issue which forced me to do a full factory reset, but never a single issue other than that and I cannot blame the game.
I think a lot of players may be forgetting to consider internet connection rate/+other users, etc. It's not always system related. But, yeah, sometimes.
My Laptop hardware :

Ok, like I said, it's not brand new, it's getting old, but I only use it for gaming and it's a beast! I can play NFS Heat, Project Cars, and now CarX Street and have usually no issues...really, none so far. I did have one mishap as mentioned a few times previously in other posts, my entire system crashed while playing this game and restore was unable to fix the crash which ended up completely disabling my entire system and forced me to do a full factory reset. Since then however, I have kept the system strictly for gaming, no other apps running except the game and Steam, notifications for everything turned off and have had no issues...literally I've reduced game settings a tad, but enough to enjoy graphics, etc. It's been great since.
NB: I play strictly using KB input and I often win top100/250 positions in TAs. Playing CarX Street since Jan. 3rd 2025.
Nice machine and GG for the leaderboard !
Thank you about my setup, and yes +10000000
Internet connection is strongly important, for my part : fiber 1 Gbps Down / 450 Mbps Up / and 4ms latency tested from my modem up to data center Marseille (around 400km distance), and my pc is connected by custom ethernet cable (hand made by myself) cat 6E direct up to the modem.
And i share the connection with my brother (roommates), he's connected by wifi.
Honestly, I think I only have 300up/300down, but I'll have to double check that tomorrow...and, I strictly use my WiFi to play. So, players who are complaining have a lot to look into before they accuse the game of being the issue...not that it isn't, but the likelihood that it is is at the very least questinnable.
