newest guest not showing up

between frosty and gelatina is a new guest that i cannot for the life of me find. ive rerolled over 100 times. anyone know who it is?

havent gotten them yet but according to the characters mentioned in the latest update its not any of the ones added for halloween...

edit: Also theres a halloween room which im just unable to unlock. for some reason theres 5 listed halloween rooms when the announcement said four

to try to reroll these, disable all unlock packs and manually remove some regulars by collection menu. this will make the overalll pool smaller giving you better odds
