Report a translation problem
Make sure you read about what conditions need to be met for a train to be reassigned back to a shift. In particular, the train needs to be at the same track at the time as noted in the shift, and needs to be approved for this shift.
You need two trains, both need to be approved for both shifts 1 and 2.
On day 1, train 1 runs shift 1 and goes A to B, train 2 runs shift 2 and goes B to A. They are unassigned at the end of the day in the depot. On day 2, train 1 is in depot B and picks up shift 2, as long as it's in the same track shift 2 starts from, and now runs back to A. Train 2 is in depot A and picks up shift 1 and runs back to B. And so it can continue, the week length does not matter.
For this to work, your first order of the shift has to be the depot order to assign the train to a shift.
