Hi Carlos or anyone!

I wanted to edit some details fro my save, in order to move the date onf my save some 20 years back, as well as give myself more cash instead on relying on the loan system.

Firstly, I want to ask you if there's a way to do these specific changes via file editing? And secondly, what program can I use to do so? Plain texting the save file makes it utterly incomprehensible, so I guess I need to use some kind of software for that.
