I am experiencing a technical issue where the game refuses to launch. Steam gets stuck in a "Validating" loop, while the EA App displays "Preparing game" indefinitely, but the executable never actually starts.

Background Info: I have already tried a clean reinstallation of the game, but the issue persists. I suspect there is a license conflict: I previously owned this game for free directly on the EA platform (Origin/EA App), but it eventually disappeared from my library. Now that I have purchased it on Steam, I noticed that Steam is tracking my previous playtime from the EA version. It seems like the dual ownership/account linking is causing a synchronization error during the validation process.
