I'd been focussed on Guangdong as Sun Yat-Sen, as one would expect, and upon triggering the Northern Expedition I've suddenly noticed that Tang Shengzi is sitting in an incredibly prosperous city of Shanghai... in Hunan Province? The Shanghai city button is in the right place of the map but you can't enter the city from this new Hunan Shanghai.

I've also noticed that Beijing is in Zhejiang Province and is currently occupied by bandits
