Guys, how do I add that big warehouse in front of the gas station, across the highway? I saw it in some YouTube videos! Is it done through the QoL MOD itself? I'm currently using version 4.4.

I noticed it's different from previous versions, even for increasing parking slots. I couldn't find where to set the desired number. Please help me out. Thanks a lot!
