Check if your antivirus is causing the problem

I just add BBS on exceptions and that doesn't change anything.. KLaB really need to do something about this

Me too, for 2 days

Setting Compatibility of the exe file to Windows 8 fixed it for me. You have to go to the exe file in the installation folder steamapps\common\BLEACH Brave Souls.
I uninstalled antivirus and run steam as admin, which might be unnecessary.
