Hopefully C&C 4 will get a remaster. Nyerguds is hopeful.
the plot for the game must be either a True sequel to Red Alert 2 instead of sequel to Red Alert 3.
-------------------------------------
Red Alert 2 is the best other than Red Alert 1.
Red Alert 3 is like a repeat of Red Alert 1.
nice try here
since it does exist and can be bought on Steam
https://steamhost.cn/app/47700/Command__Conquer_4_Tiberian_Twilight/
and it is part of the "Command & Conquer™ The Ultimate Collection"
https://steamhost.cn/bundle/39394/Command__Conquer_The_Ultimate_Collection/
you have the "command and conquer 4: tiberian twilight" as well.
this screenshot which i put it up on imgur

is concrete evidence since i went to check your Steam Game list on your steam account profile "ritsuka".
But since you seem to be extremely literal-minded, unable to comprehend humour or sarcasm, and are quite certainly on some kind of spectrum, I'll spell this out for you: C&C4 was such a bad game, and such an awful way to end the tiberium storyline, that the C&C community sentiment is generally to ignore it and pretend it doesn't exist.
You really don't have to try to disprove that statement. Sure it's there on the store, and you get it automatically when buying the whole C&C collection. But nobody cares. Nobody wants it. This game was actually removed from the Steam store for having such bad ratings, and was only brought back because of The Ultimate Collection, on the technicality that you can't have an "ultimate collection" without all games included.
If you're going to publicly analyse other profiles you should make yours public as well.
Funny thing is, you can actually make private specific games and their activity. So if you're playing "HUGE TITZ IN SPACE" nobody will know. The only thing you can't make private is your wishlist (last I checked anyway), which I think should be included in that feature.
in this case, the "joke" you made "ritsuka" is not a "joking matter" at all.

or else why got people in Real Life go and believe in MYTHS and FALSEHOODS.
and why they fell for scams in Real Life too.
there are 3 options for Steam Account Profile
1) totally public to everyone
2) only public to those in their Friend List
3) totally private to everyone
i pick is the 2nd choice.
p.s people can choose and decide what they want to do with their OWN Steam Account Profile.
p.s if they put their Steam Account Profile Public for everyone to view, then it is not others people's fault.
---------------------------------------
since you all are not even in my Friend List, your will see my Steam Account Profile the same as someone who pick the 3rd option.
