Game after the update

After the newest update, game doesn't open properly. There's a black screen, nothing more. The game worked well before the update. I verified the game files - the problem remains.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the whole game. The problem was still there and I wasn't aware that the mod is still hidden in those files. I did what you said and as to be expected - it worked, I even have my saves unaffected. Thank you. I'll keep the post as someone may have similar problem in the future.
