FWIW, it was the development of this version that took so long (because MangaGamer has so many projects and not many resources). The actual translation was done a long time ago.

From what I saw it is clear they proofread because if they hadn't there would be a lot more.

You do realize the sheer amount of text in games like this, right? It's going to be the equivalent of a longer novel and even those have typos at times. Humans aren't perfect and spell check isn't going to catch typos that are actual words still.

Why don't you instead let them know what you found and maybe they can correct it in a future update.

Maybe we could have a thread just for sharing typos and grammatical errors?

The translation was completed three years ago. It was beta tested for the last half year. There are so many points over the last three years during which this kind of thing could have been caught and fixed that "it's long" isn't a great excuse.

I suspect Doddler typed that in the wrong window while debugging, and just never noticed for some reason.

I dunno if anyone saw this too but on mines the text sometimes flashes to something like 00110010 or gibberish for a fraction of a second. It's extremely brief. Not sure if this subliminal message like effect is intentional to set tone or bugs but it feels weird.

That sounds exactly like the bug that was noted in that extraneous text linked above.

Also, now that I think about it, maybe that wasn't being typed in the wrong window, but was supposed to be a code comment.

There've been two updates so far, did they fix these typos?

Haven't checked, but Doddler did acknowledge the thing with the extraneous comment and said there was already an update, so I guess that's fixed. Not sure if the typos are fixed, though.

I'm feeling too lazy right now to go back for screenshots of all of these, but since the scripts are in the install directory I could find exact quotes for most of the ones I remember, and stumble upon a few others through regex magic:

"This fragament can't be connected yet." (you are now reading Higurashi in Yogi Bear's voice)

"So with that and our respective positions, we had a taciturn agreement not to pry too deeply into each other." (the expression is "tacit agreement", unless e.g. making a pun about the parties not talking in general).

"They must always act as if they command een natural disasters."

"The lights came on in the meeting room as the slideshow ended, and all the auditors began to applaud, praising the Irie Institution's dramatic accomplishments." (Institute, not Institution).

"The Irie Institution must cease all related research and destroy any results." (same)

Japanese name order:
