Is there any plans to translate Saikoroshi?

Also, I'm planning to start Umineko (didn't read anything yet), but I once read that (maybe this will be a Umineko's spoiler, I don't know because I didn't read it yet) Saikoroshi should be read before Umineko. Is that so? I'm wondering because I would like to wait for a translation, but I really want to start Umineko now.

However, you don't have to read Saikoroshi before starting Umineko. There is a reference to Umineko but it's nothing major you should know before starting. You don't even need to read Higurashi before Umineko, the only benefit is picking up on the references to Higurashi.

"Saikoroshi-hen" is part of Rei, and therefore part of Hou. And this is Hou. Unless MangaGamer has been lying to us, it should be coming at some point. Not sure when. The question and answer arcs have a sequence to them; the rest of the arcs not so much. I would at least expect the Rei arcs to come before the Hou extras.
