Unless he has the axe prior to the last update, you'd have to cheat to get 100% now.....

Oh if that works for OP, good work finding a solution! If not, well the recent comments did mention there is no 2019 fix...

I've already got all the achievements so I can't test this out myself to verify that it still works or not in 2019....

That old Post was been necro'ed. Its still the same like many Complaints: Still not working and it'll never receive an Update.
