Disabling event skins on other servers

Hi! I saw that you can change enemy skins by changing the data in the .ini file, but it doesn't work on some servers. It turns out that a couple of my favorite servers use Halloween skins. Is there a way to change enemies on vanilla ones? Maybe there is a mod?

Servers such as RAMSOR.DE enable different Event Zed skins
based on the time of year, or per map like on Classic Camelot.

They are enabled server-side, therefore they cannot be changed
by players in any way. Only by server owners, possibly admins
based on assigned server access and priviliges.

The .ini method is stricly for Solo (Singleplayer) and self-hosted
Listen / Dedicated servers. (from what I know)

If someone else with more knowledge on the matter responds to
your thread - they're welcome to correct me.
