I lost Lobotomy Book, and Distortion Book

How do I get another copy of these? Angela said something about writing them again with time, but there was no new screen thrown at my face with the new options or whatever. I was farming Olga books until getting her page, but rng destroyed me one game and I can no longer continue... So... Yeah. What do I do?

Just beat a reception and you should get them back.
I think it needs to be an urban legend or above reception(so Zwei), but I'm not sure about that.

Doesn't matter what reception, it could even be Rat fight all the way at the beginning
