Suggestion: Accuracy boost against hard CC'd targets

Would create some cool combos if there were an accuracy bonus against stunned, immobilized, or frozen targets.

Bowmen, assassins and axemen have horrid accuracy on some attacks -- players could use CC to set up the big hits; they can't move after all.

Those status effects do drop Dodge down to 0, which is an effective accuracy boost for most skills. If you want a skill that specifically synergizes well with low-accuracy skills like Overhead Chop and Arced Shot, may I suggest the Mentalist's Clarify skill?
