No Scaling on Pre-Fabricated Encounters
Noticed what I believe is a lack of scaling in a few places:

- Fight for second qualifier seems to have a preset on the unit levels (assuming they may all be this way) . . . but because of the amount of fights I performed before this, my randomly generated fights were generating enemy units far higher level than this larger qualifier. Not sure if there is an opportunity to make the unit levels and stats of the pre-fabricated fights consistent with the scaling of the generated battles.

- Similar observation for the fight unlocking more shop options - the units it generated were all level 1 units with a single level 5, and my team was all 10+ in level. No scaling seemed to get applied here.

Scaling with handmade events is currently inconsistent; I'll be making a pass on them all to enforce this soon. (Not the league qualifiers, though--those don't scale on purpose.)
