Others have pointed this out before--I just haven't figured out how I want to handle this yet, as class tooltip descriptions are currently pulled from the Classes file. The classes you see which don't have tooltips are not true classes present in that file, but rather are a bespoke text description embedded into the unit itself. Adding these to the Classes file could have unintended consequences (like causing characters with those classes to potentially show up in recruitment).
I'll think about how to handle this some more.
