FWIW, on Selenea you get a "T2 Recycler" that locks lockers on "either side" - you can have drones fly from the bio-extractor (gathering the larva) to the T2 recycler "input locker"... then every 90 (or maybe 45) seconds, the recycle processes the larva and dumps the results into the "output locker" which can then be configured to supply the mutagen to a locker somewhere.
