Tool 1 - XPS_ASCII_Editor_v1.9 (.ascii model tweaking optional)
Tool 2- pmxconv_v1_32 (.xps converter to .pmx)
Tool 3 - DSS7Dec2023 (.pmx to .vrm)
vtubershop . booth . pm/items/3581243
So basically if you find a model file online that comes with texture files.
example called: Generic_Item.mesh.ascii
Convert it to .pmx using the 2st Tool now the model file is: Generic_Item.mesh.xps
Then Convert it to .pmx using the 2nd Tool now the model file is: Generic_Item.mesh.pmx
Finally Convert it to .vrm using the 3rd Tool now the model file is: Generic_Item.mesh.vrm
It's more ideal to start with a .pmx when converting if possible, download models in that format. DeviantART has models if you look.
