SUGGESTION
I would like the ability to drag the tactical screen to a 2nd monitor.

Sadly, that is unlikely to be an option at this time. They are inspired by Windows, well.. windows to make them more intuitive to manipulate. However, they do not have the same functionality in that regard. It's rather abnormal for most games to support any such multi monitor features.

Considering the default game starts with multiple screens seems like a natural progression to detach them to other windows, much like CMO offers. There is an enormous amount of info available within game, so a nicety very much, necessity is dependent on the player.
