Help with new PC
So I can not play this on my new PC because it says DX11 support needed. I have DX12 and have tried the update from microsoft but it says mine is newer. So what can I do?

Make sure you update your graphics card drivers. Most of them have functionality with "lower" DX versions if you're up to date. New PCs tend to have graphics drivers that are very out of date - they don't update when sitting in the box, after all.

I deleted and reinstall. Drivers issues gone.

What you reinstalled? the drivers or the game? If it was the drives, next time use DDU to uninstall them.
