Great Game bad optimization
Using a high polling rate mouse, the game drops from 300 fps to around 7 fps when rotating the mouse (using either 4k or 8k Hz). Dropping it down to about 500 or 1000Hz, the stuttering is almost gone to about 200fps when spinning fast with no visible stuttering.

This took me literally 2 hours to figure out.

Thank you so much. I was going insane changing every video setting wondering why it stuttered when I turned. Turns out my polling rate was 8000.

Even at 2000 the stuttering is gone for me. Only downside to changing it is now the mouse moves extremely fast across my screen so I need to readjust everything.

To be fair a lot of games have issues with high polling rates.
The actual game optimization isnt that bad, most games just suck with high polling rates.
personally never had an issue with 1k in outlast trials, but some games do even with just 1k.
It's also why i downgraded to a mouse better for my hand opposed to something worse with 8K polling rate.
whats the point if more than half my games cant run it properly
