For what it's worth, the pencil marks do not save with your game info, so the next time you reload the save or clone it from your cloner library, the pencil marks will be gone.
Seriously though, what you have accomplished here is amazing, especially as a solo dev. Even putting aside the technical aspects, the more I play the more I find myself thinking "wow, if I can be this accurate futzing in vr, imagine what I could do with my actual hands" which I get the impression is the exact kind of thing you were going for so mission accomplished. Can't wait to see where this game grows in the future!
