Material request not working
When I try to request a material (lumber, plywood, hooks, etc.), I am able to check the corresponding box with the pencil, however when I try to sign in the box at the bottom to finalize the request, it doesn't write anything. It was working before without issue - I tried to reinstall and even spammed interact near the box (even though my pencil mode is set to use) but it still isn't working. Any ideas?

The signature box doesn't actually allow you to "write" in it, but it will spawn the selected item when you tap the signature box with the pencil tip. Since you said it was working earlier, I'm assuming that you understood that and there may be another issue. Hmm...

Perhaps there is an error happening that is showing in your log file. You can check by playing the game and try spawning something by selecting an item, then tapping the signature box and verifying that the item doesn't spawn on the sawhorses (if lumber) or to the left of the clipboard (if small items). Then exit the game, and if you go to C:\Users\[your-Windows-user-name]\AppData\LocalLow\ScopatGames\vrkshop you will find a 'player.log' file.

You can copy and paste the contents of that file here and I will take a look.

Otherwise I'm not sure what could be happening because it really shouldn't be a system dependent issue. I just tested the latest build on my setup and all seemed ok.

Can confirm no items spawn. There does seem to be an error produced each time the signature box is tapped - here's the stacktrace:

KeyNotFoundException: The given key was not present in the dictionary. at System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2[TKey,TValue].get_Item (TKey key) [0x0001e] in <437ba245d8404784b9fbab9b439ac908>:0 at Vrkshop.Form.SignForm () [0x000a1] in <684e18a3e7264c098dd03e95ef88a70b>:0 at UnityEngine.Events.InvokableCall.Invoke () [0x00010] in <0618f269b594493b97c56ba78f03373a>:0 at UnityEngine.Events.UnityEvent.Invoke () [0x00022] in <0618f269b594493b97c56ba78f03373a>:0 at Vrkshop.HandleUITouch.OnTriggerEnter (UnityEngine.Collider other) [0x00085] in <684e18a3e7264c098dd03e95ef88a70b>:0 (Filename: <437ba245d8404784b9fbab9b439ac908> Line: 0)

This is on an Oculus Rift CV1. Appreciate the help!

Strange, that definitely shouldn't be happening. Do you mind sending the entire log file to vrkshop.support@vrkshop.com ?

What OS are you on?
