Any markings with the pencil does not save when reloading

Not sure if this was intentional but when saving your work to come back later, I notice all my markings made via pencil were gone. A fix for this would be great!

This is currently "by design" because those pencil markings are relatively graphics intensive, though I may consider an option to keep them with the ability to clear the scene of markings on demand.
