Stellar Nexus.

As I understand, the star color denotes what is available, (in general) for the Nexus Output.
Yellow = Food
Blue = Intelligence (Research Boost?)
Purple = Influence +
Red = Combat Boost?

Are the Boosts localized to the Nexus Area?? or are they Empire Wide?

A couple of days back I saw a Pop Up with a comment about a Green Star.. I checked all around the ship mentioned, and do not see any Green. I was thinking it would be cool to add those in at some point.....

Boots are empire wide. as i recall each are

Red = Combat boost
Yellow = recruit stat boost, which boost every governor and minister, ect. Every stat boost makes them better at everything, so boost everything.
Purple = 2 paths. 1. Tourism = money. 2. Influence.
Blue = 2 paths 1. Worker Loyalty/cost reduction 2. Intelligence/Tech
