Unreal Engine is worse and don't have much problems as this game. Neither other Unity games.
This game literally crash my entire pc on the first level autosaving ffs.
On another hand, I'm not fully sure that all models are low poly. Some are, while others appear to have a higher polycount with a low poly effect / texture.
What is a bit confusing, like some have mentioned, is that the demo runs better for some and then the final game is far more intensive.
In my case, I had no choice but to play through Geforce Now (bought already knowing it wouldn't run past menu), but it's also curious how I could run the demo fine in the first room you start in, until I looked through the window and the shaders made my old PC sh*t itself.
I like the way the game looks as it is and I understand what they were going for with the more intensive effects and so, but I also kinda hope they look into how Juice Galaxy offers a lower poly slider, or how Ultrakill has alternate shaders for low end systems.
