Problem to save the game

I have a problem with my large save game. When i try to save, i have a message that i can't save because the disk is full. I don't understand because:
-I have space on my disk
-I think save game are on the cloud
-don't have the problem when i save my little save games

Oh no look who has City Bus Manager

Your save games save both locally and on the cloud, when you download the map data that sits on your hard drive. The map data is fairly chonky, especially if you play in multiple locations across saves.
