Scheduling Timetables

So I am not sure if i'm doing anything wrong. When I schedule a route and set the timetable it says that I need 4 buses for the route However I am using more I don't know if i'm setting it up wrong.

If the 2 routes I currently have set up both require 4 buses that's 8 buses I have 12 in my depot but depot ends up being empty of buses. As they are all out on the 2 routes. So cant create any new routes.

Are you sure this bus peak isn't just during shift changes?

I think it could be as they do appear in the depot its just sometimes annoying as on the right of the screen you cant choose the the next bus until it comes back to the depot only to send it back out again.

In real life the driver would just take the other driver at a location on the route not at the depot.

So I Was comparing my PS5 copy to the steam copy I have. On the when creating an advanced timetable there is no timetable preview. I do hope they can fix this.
