Unreliable customers. Why so many random negative reviews?
It's frustrating. I understand that also in real life, out of 10 reviews, generally 1 or 2 are usually random idiots giving 1 star just to let off steam, but in game I have half the reviews that are just 1 star without comments, while the other half are motivated 4 or 5 stars reviews, because my company has an high standard of service. But my average is just 3 stars. This make impossible to raise my overall score and make this evaluation system totally unreliable and random.

It can take quite some time to get your rating to start to improve. On the ratings tab, click on details to see ratings for different areas of your company. Then concentrate on the worst areas and start to improve those.

From memory, there are 15 different areas on the details tab that get scored, and you will need to address each of these to be able to get your overall score to improve.

Thanks. Indeed, I am doing that, and slowly the ratings improves. However, the overall score is always a lot lower than the average score of the 15 areas of the detailed service statistics. For example, in my current game I've 4,2 as an average of the 15 stats, but the customers review are stuck around 3,3. It's a bit frustrating.
