I finished the first 3 scenarios but am not sure how best to handle the 4th one in Jackson, Wyoming. It's the time limit in the Silver medal, of needing to get €140,000 before a countdown clock runs out. At best, I'm only ever halfway to this amount despite having 75% customer willingness to use public transport and the other 2 Silver Medal objectives completed. What has worked for you?
