Probably somewhere in the world. But this feature would be needed whenever you have a whole route that lasts 126 minutes. And you want to have 6 cars running. That means that each bus has to leave 21 minutes from another.
While, yes, you can use custom times, it takes a whole lot. Plus then you have to go through and thoroughly check if everything is correct.
While if we had this feature, we could simply do it 1 of 2 ways
1) Create only 1 timetable and set the interval to 21
2) Create 6 different timetables for each bus and set the interval to 126 minutes
