No puedo ejecutar el programa
Al abrir la aplicacion simplemente aparece el logo de animaze y desaparece cerrando la aplicacion, ya actualize mi windows y intente de todo, no logro solucionarlo :(

Hi,
Please send us the logs needed to investigate this issue via email at support[at]animaze[dot]us.
The first and most important files are:
To get them go to where you installed Steam, for example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Animaze\Data\Animaze.log
Remember that log files get rewritten each time the app is opened, so in order to get the correct files do not restart the app until you've saved the logs.

Also important are the DxDiag files, to get them use the hotkey: Win+R → enter "dxdiag" --> press "OK" --> press "Save"

Happy to help, but necroing a 2021 thread is hardly the ideal way to go about a help request in 2024 .
