no audio from MIC

HI! I don't know why but suddenly the audio input is not working. But OBS and windows are ok with the mic, only animaze do not recognize any audio input...

There are some cases where the sound library, Fmod, does not initialize if there are audio devices that output via HDMI (certain monitors with audio output)

hi thanks for the answer, I use my headset razer and i never had a problem but yesterday nothing the input audio did not work. Today i have reinstalled animaze and also if all is muted the audio spectrum move but my virtual character do notmove the mouth. So i can not longer use this app for my video :(

Hello again!
The additional audio tracking is optional, (the bulk of the tracking is video),
Audio tracking however can be important for lip articulation, serving as a crutch if the visual tracking setup is poor/misconfigured.

If the Input UI lights up when you speak into the microphone, odds are the audio tracking can turn on, and the avatar can move based on it, if the app is correctly configured.
It might be as easy as re-selecting your microphone from the input drop-down.

Reinstalling Animaze without analyzing the logs and/or clearing the installation folder will do nothing if the problem is in the settings files that are left in the installation folder.

I trust you haven't sent any proper context in (logs https://www.animaze.us/faq/tech/gatherlogs).
The reason we ask for the logs is that in most investigations important steps/symptoms are being left out, and things turn out to be often different than what is summarized in a paragraph of text. Those logs tell the objective story.
