Hello!
Happy to help!
The most immediate guess is that the PNG image file is perhaps not being properly saved as a file with transparency before being loaded in Animaze, but is an opaque file with a white background.
Does that PNG file load in any other graphical editing app, and it does display there with the proper transparency you are expecting?
If yes, can you send it to support[@]animaze[.]us for investigation, preferably along with a link to a video capture video with the step-by-step you are taking to create it, save it, and load it so we can pinpoint where the problem is?
Assuming you are referring to a Live2D image prop, or a scene sticker, and not an actual 3D object prop that happens to be a flat surface with a transparent PNG texture.
Cheers, and happy streaming!
