Happy to help!
Internet connectivity issues are generally caused by VPN software, or firewalls, that are blocking Animaze from going online. Usually Allowing Animaze to go online is all that's needed.
For us to be able to investigate, we need you to send us the app log files and a dxdiag log file as they may tell us what the issue is.
Here is a guide on how to obtain said logs: https://www.animaze.us/faq/tech/gatherlogs
After you do that, if you want to tinker on your own and try a "factory reset" of the app back to the "factory settings", here is how:
Close Animaze.
Go to <AnimazeInstallDir>/Data/ and delete Preferences.json, AppPreferences.json, and cacert.pem files.
Start Animaze.
Be aware that all your settings will be gone after you do that. After starting the app you will need to log in to your Animaze account and re-do all your settings again.
Cheers, and Happy streaming!
