Hello!
There is indeed less frequent case where that can happen, when the audio library does not initialize. It is usually tied to audio devices via the monitor HDMI (on monitors with integrated audio or audio passthrough), that are set as default audio devices for Windows.
Generally also having more "normal" devices like regular usb headsets/mics and whatnot sorts this out.
In order for us to help narrow this down please reproduce this and send in the usual investigation logs:
https://www.animaze.us/faq/tech/gatherlogs
(ideally from next_version as that has usually a bit more verbose logs)
