Could be something as trivial as time and time zone being set imprecise/incorrectly on your PC (you can let Windows auto-set that using internet time servers, and restart Animaze), or it could be something else related to internet connectivity, like your firewall blocking the Animaze app from going online (if that is the case, odds are until you unblock it, no matter how many times you reinstall the firewall would still block it).
Logs should tell us exactly what's what.
